Our studio operates 6 days a week with small group mat classes and semi private classes taught by a team of experienced instructors. all new clients are required to complete the form below and may be asked to schedule an Initial assessment before joining the studio.
we also see one to one clients every day and have some availability on Wednesdays at 9am and 3pm. please use the enrolment button above to make a booking
